Job Description

Then our role of the Technical and Customer Support Executive may be the job for you! In this role, you will assist our technical team with workshop computer repairs, as well as assist with supporting small business clients in our managed services space. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot customer issues via email, phone calls and instore consultations while maintaining thorough documentation on each customer issue.
• Manage workshop repairs to ensure customer timeframes are being met and high-quality service levels maintained.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy of our product offerings by identifying client's current and future needs.
• Collaborate with other company functions, including third parties where appropriate, to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Assist in new customer implementation and managed service clients.
• Assess business impacts of customer issues so they can be prioritized accordingly.
• Establish a solid working relationship with each customer so the customer feels comfortable being honest and forthcoming with all issues or concerns they encounter.
• Periodically engage customers who have not contacted support recently.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience
• Desire to constantly learn and thrive
• Technical degree or experience in similar role desirable
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
