REVIEW: You learn so much about yourself with a Fitbit...
I KNEW I was a good sleeper, but taking an average of seven minutes to fall asleep is better than I thought.
It seems I do like to toss and turn a bit during the night, not that I realise. But some mornings when I wake up feeling super refreshed I have hardly moved all night.
How do I know all this? Fitbit Flex!
In a nutshell - love it.
One of the greatest functions of the Flex is the sleep monitor. You can see just how you slept, when you woke up, how much you moved and the duration - all on your smartphone as soon as you open your eyes.
The Flex syncs with an app on your phone so you can see everything in live time, plus all of your previous statistics.
Then there is the constant tracking and monitoring of your activity so you can see exactly how many steps, kilometres and calories you've burned that day or during a workout.
It's really motivating and is especially valuable if you're into fitness and want to be able to track your progress.
The Flex is also really comfortable; it doesn't even feel like you're wearing a watch. Plus, we've giving away black ones, so it goes with every outfit and it's only about the width of your pinky. Style on point.
The verdict: definitely not a dud and I will definitely be putting it on my birthday wish list.
