Riders, cyclists and runners to cross water at 14 crossings
A RECORD 90 horses are on course for the Waddle, Saddle and Pedal ride through Cambanoora Gorge east of Killarney.
The riders, cyclists and runners will negotiate 14 crossings of the Condamine River.
Organiser Louise Brosnan said there was water over all the crossings.
"The Lions Club of Killarney will put on a barbecue from noon near the finish line,” she said.
"The majority in the 24-kilometre ride will finish from noon on but a few of the cyclists will be in well before noon.”
The riders started from 8am just east of the town of Killarney.
