Kai Etherington booted five goals and Cowboys captain Bloomfield slotted six.
In the reserve grade fixture Cowboys ran away winners 54-22, after being 28-8 up at half time.
Try scorers included Brent Osborne with three, Lance McGrady with two and Brandon Vaughan, Jaime Abbas, Ian Brown and Jeremy Jerome with one each.
Brandon Vaughan booted six goals and Jaime Abbas kicked one.
In second division, again the Cowboys ran out big winners scoring 56-6.
Ben Strong scored four tries, Cowboys president David O'Leary ran home two tries, as did Dion Galloway with Scott Beard and Coedie Tandy each running in one try apiece.
Andrew Sullivan kicked seven goals with Ben Strong slotting one to seal the game for the Cowboys.
The only downside for the day was a loss for the under 18 side, going down 56-6 against a talented Souths side.
Club president David O'Leary said the under 18s had come up against a quality opposition.
"There's a few Mustangs in that team and they also won the past few under 16s titles,” he said.
"Overall though it's been a very good day for the club.”
