RUNNING: Bob Mundey was on hand to cut one of the ribbons at the start of the 200th Warwick parkrun early Saturday.
Mundey leads the tally of parkruns in Warwick going into the 200th run which was his 175th.
He was joined in the ribbon cutting by the Shuptrine family, Darren, Rebecca, Michaela and Aiden who have also passed 170.
Seven parkrunners have passed 150 runs in Warwick, 23 have passed 100 and another 20 have completed 50 runs.
Each week, some parkrunners sit out to be the volunteers who do the organisation and eight have volunteered at least 25 times.
Up to the 200th run, 1477 runners had completed a total of 64,725km in weekly parkruns in Warwick.
The average number of runners is 65. As is the case most weeks, some visitors were welcomed to the Warwick parkrun on Saturday morning.
The first finisher at the 200th run in the men was Adam Fox and dog Miles while Brianna Mullaly was first home among the women.
