Two men charged after alleged supermarket theft
TWO people who allegedly stole garden tools from a Killarney supermarket have been charged.
Leyburn Police Senior Constable Matt Swan said police executed a search warrant at a Pratten property about 10am on Friday.
A 22-year-old Pratten man was charged with one count of stealing after the alleged theft on November 15.
He was also charged with two counts each of possessing dangerous drugs and drug utensils.
A 30-year-old Pratten man was also charged with one count of stealing and one count of unlawful possession of explosives.
Sen-Constable Swan said the man was allegedly in possession of firearm ammunition.
The 24-year-old Pratten woman was also charged with one count of possessing dangerous drugs as a result of the warrant.
Sen-Constable Swan said police would allege the possession of dangerous drugs charges were in relation to marijuana.
All three people are due to appear at Warwick Magistrates Court on Wednesday, December 19.
