Warwick man, 28, in court on serious assault of police
MITCH William Eastwell is facing nine charges after allegedly seriously assaulting police in October.
The 28-year-old Warwick man had his matter mentioned at Warwick Magistrates Court on Friday.
Mr Eastwell has been charged with two counts each of serious assault of a police officer causing bodily harm whilst adversely affected in a public place and assaulting police on licensed premises.
He is also facing one charge each of assault occasioning bodily harm in a public place while adversely affected by an intoxicating substance, public nuisance at a licensed premises, failing to leave a licensed premises, unregulated high-risk activities and insecure storage of weapons.
Mr Eastwell had his matter adjourned in court last week and it has been scheduled to be mentioned again on April 15.
